Wombat & Poss

Kylie created Wombat & Poss when she struggled to find clothes for her own kids which were made to last, were bright and fun, and weren’t just pink or blue. She follows her passion for zero waste, and uses only natural and low-impact fabrics to create beautiful clothing made for play. She designs, knits and sews her range in Canberra, Australia.

Kylie says, "Wombat & Poss is about beautiful, simple and stylish clothing and accessories for babies and children that lets them explore and play. My designs have clean, simple lines making them easy to wear and great for self-dressing toddlers. No frills, fussy zips or buttons to contend with! My clothes and accessories are designed to last.

I’m passionate about creating ethical clothing, particularly using natural and organic fabrics and fibres and source many of my supplies locally. Everything in my range is hand-knitted and sewn by me in Canberra, Australia. My style is heavily influenced by Scandinavian and Japanese design and I love experimenting and evolving my designs and range.
